Leaders for the Arts Ad Campaign
Kelly Design provided art direction, design and production services for this award-winning series of 25 ads that featured many noted area artists, arts professionals and patrons of the arts all geared towards promoting the arts in Hartford.
These ads appeared in The Hartford Courant, The Business Journal, Hartford Magazine as well as other publications. The entire ad series was later reprinted and bound into a book format for publication and further distribution.
State of CT Climate Change Report Design
This extensive 28-page report was developed in conjunction with the CT Department of Environmental Protection and ctclimatechange.com and was produced using eco-friendly, Mohawk Options paper with 100% post consumer fiber and vegetable-based inks.
Mayor’s Office for Young Children Identity
This hand drawn skyline of the city of Hartford along with the child-like type treatment perfectly captures the essence of this program administered by the City of Hartford.
Accompanying the identity design – Kelly Design also developed the city’s first comprehensive Progress Report on Young Children in Hartford. This five year, $185 million dollar plan, was devised by educational and health experts. It helped make families aware of the steps that needed to be taken in order to ensure their child’s success.

The Seahunter website development project required a quick turnaround. The ship was set to depart in about two weeks and the site needed to launch before the ship! We fast-tracked the development of this site by customizing an existing php/xhtml/css template. The entire site was written, organized and built within a two week timeframe.
